Every asset manager has a story. In the mutual fund space, there are 867 asset management firms telling stories about 9,200 mutual funds1; that’s a lot of stories. The challenge, of course, is how you tell your story to stand out from the crowd. How do you avoid the “everybody says that” type of storytelling? It reminds me of the traffic report.
